What is the refund policy?
No refunds after Refund Deadline Date on the Registration Page. After that time, a credit for a future registration MAY be given on a case by case basis. All refunds/credits requested will be less a $15 processing fee. No travel Uniforms refunds will be issued after ordered, sizes may be exchanged if still new with tags. All final discretion is left to the elected HSC board. No Exceptions.Practice dates and time?
We leave all practice dates and times up to each volunteer coach.Do I need to buy a uniform?
Inhouse players: No, jerseys are provided by the club and is included in registration costs. Your coach will hand them out at practice.
Travel players: Depends on if your child has outgrown their uniform from the season prior. If you need a new uniform, you can purchase one on our website. If you just need single items, that is also possible.
What equipment do I need to buy?
Shin guards and uniforms on game day.
Does my child have to wear cleats?
Cleats are not required, but recommended. If your player does wear them, they must be soccer cleats. Football, Baseball and softball cleats are NOT allowed. Gym shoes are acceptable.
Why are football and baseball/softball cleats not allowed?
Football/Baseball/Softball cleats have a toe cleat, soccer cleats do not. This toe cleat is a safety concern, so it is not allowed. Refs check at the beginning of games to make sure that players aren't wearing them.
Can my child wear extra clothes on cooler days?
Yes. Hats, gloves, pants, etc. are all fine. If a player is going to wear a long sleeve or sweatshirt, it must be under their jersey. Hoodies are not recommended. If a player does wear a hoodie, the hood must be tucked in to the jersey for safety reasons.Can my child wear jewelry when playing?
No. Bracelets, earrings, chains, rings, and all jewelry is prohibited, as it can cause injury to your child or others. Parents should remove jewelry prior to arrival of the game.
When will I hear from my coach?
On average, you should hear from your coach two weeks AFTER late registration closes or at least 2 to 3 weeks before your season begins. We usually announce the coaches meeting on social media (Facebook & Twitter). We ask coaches to contact their team within that week.
When are games?
Inhouse league games are scheduled Saturday mornings between 8 to 2. Occasionally, we need to schedule an evening game due to a full schedule or to reschedule a game.
Travel (Rec+) league games are usually scheduled on Sundays afternoons between 12 to 6.
